I was searching online for rain boots and I came across a pair by Dirty Laundry that is a copy of the Chanel Camellia rain boots from Fall-Winter 2009/2010. Tsk tsk!! The flowers are exactly the same. Dirty Laundry added a chain – but that too is borrowing from the Chanel lexicon.
There is no way these would ever be mistaken for Chanel. The nonsensical chain, the tacked on pull tabs, the corrugated sole– these are not Chanel.

I think they’re actually pretty cute still. Not chanel, but more of an edgy twist, and Chanel inspired.

They’re definitely less dainty but a steal if you don’t want to spend $300+ on rainboots but still want something inspired by Chanel.
