Getting old footage of Chanel runway collections is difficult but it’s out there! I can across this video of the Chanel Spring Summer 1986 collection and it’s pretty awesome. At this point, Karl Lagerfeld had only been designing for Chanel for three years. I especially love the song that the video editor added to the video – it’s very appropriate for the time period.
